My friend and I ordered a pasta dish with the soy cheese and it looked too melty for vegan cheese. We then asked our waitress if she knew the brand. She asked the chef but apparently the packaging was too hard to find. I called today and asked if there was casein in the soy cheese and she immediately said, "yes, but just a little." I hate when people say that. Anyway, VEGANS BEWARE. The soy cheese at A Votre Sante has casein in it.
