a new vegan grocery store and deli called the meet market is opening in los angeles, in the same location as flore cafe! this just came in from the owners (i will keep you posted as more details become available):
Stage one of the new deli/market, “The Meet Market” will begin next week. I’ve attached a copy of the menu. We will also be retailing soy cheeses, lots of drinks, vegan snacks and vegan desserts. Bulk bins should be installed shortly after opening and will vend vegan candies and essentials. When we have a bit more capital, we will be remodeling and adding additional merchandisers/refrigeration for more vegan “grocery” items.
the all you can eat weekend buffets that flore cafe is famous for will continue at least for a few months. this weekend the buffets will be a southern style breakfast on saturday and brunch on sunday, 10am to 2pm on both days.
the meet market will have limited hours starting next week. 11am to 4pm Monday – Friday and 10am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday.
