vegan sausage rolls at beatroot in london. if i had a “global bucket list” of restaurant items that everyone should try, these would be on it. the restaurant works kinda like a buffet—-you have the option to buy a small, medium or large box and the staff fills it for you with whatever you like. everything at the restaurant is vegan, except for two dishes that contain dairy. they have loads of nice items including shepherd’s pie, stew and curry. i ask for extra sausage rolls every time, and i can never get enough!
