lunch at the bye and bye, an all vegan pub in portland. we met up with our friend randy (author of the sriracha cookbook!) and shared a ton of stuff. BBQ brussels sprouts bowl, a meatball sandwich, a weeping tiger tofu sandwich, a peanut tofu bowl and tons of sides…including sprouts, broccoli, black eyed peas and brown rice. all hearty and delicious. oh, and we washed it all down with hopworks IPA. i love portland.
