i’ve been out of town on vacation for just over a week, and i really wasn’t looking forward to coming home, but on my arrival i was super excited to find 2 things i’ve been waiting for in LA: gardein beefless sliders and beyond meat. what a warm welcome home. i have loved the adorable gardein sliders since i tried them at natural products expo west back in march, and beyond meat since i got a sneak preview at madeleine bistro. both products are pretty big steps forward in meat substitutions, so be sure to try ‘em!
i found the sliders at ralphs on sunset in hollywood (though i’m sure they’re available at other places too) and beyond meat is now available at all whole foods in southern california. what a time to be alive!
