absolutely mental vegan scrambled eggs at madeleine bistro. these are the most creepily realistic non-animal eggs i’ve ever eaten…and they are so freaking good. not sure if they’re on the regular menu yet, but i know madeleine bistro featured them on the new year’s eve menu. i’m telling you, these eggs could change the world.
